It's all about me
Daniel was born in 1994, began her musical studies at the age of five and started playing the trombone at the age of 14.
Daniel studied with 'Thelma Yellin' school in the Department of Classical Music, and holds a bachelor's degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, and a master's degree from the Aaron Copeland School of Music in Queens, New York, where she graduated with honors. Daniel is currently pursuing a master's degree in music education at the Academy of Music and Dance.
Daniel is a freelancer performer and player in Israel and abroad, including the Israel Symphony Orchestra, Beer Sheva Symphony Orchestra, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Amadeus New York Orchestra, the Suffille Philharmonic and more. During her years of study, she participated in excellence projects in Germany, Switzerland, France and Italy, as well as in joint projects with the Manhattan School of Music in New York and Rimon.
Daniel is a founding member of the metal quintet PRETTY PLIZ and the trombanote trio Trombanote, which operate in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
Daniel is the winner of the "Or Europe" competition for 2020, the Ronen Foundation scholarship since 2016, and other various scholarships within the institutes she worked and taught in, including scholarships for academic excellence and performance excellence. Daniel won the Aaron Copeland Concerto Competition in 2018, and played as a soloist in the Aaron Copeland Symphony Orchestra as well as the Chamber Orchestra.
Daniel began teaching at the age of eighteen and in recent years has been teaching at the 'Karev Fund' and in various settings at schools in Gederot, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and New York. As part of her duties at the academy, she was a flower coordinator for music studies in settings for children with disabilities, and managed projects of a music school in Sderot, Eshkol, Mabuim, Jerusalem and Ashkelon. Today, Daniel is the conductor of all four orchestras operating with a sharp hand, and teaches in Jerusalem, Tzur Hadassah and Tzora. Daniel manages the Mangan School project in Tzur Hadassah, and conducts the orchestra there.
